夏天就是要吃一下水果類的糕點啊! 某天忽然興致來潮,很想做個自以為清爽的檸檬蛋糕,翻了食譜,稍微改一下,就開始做啦! 照片還是手機拍的,畫質不佳,我也急著吃,就隨便拍了~

                         

法式檸檬蛋糕(改編自法式食譜) 磅蛋糕模1個
                                                                               
  材料:                                                                              
  奶油150G
  糖  170G                                                                               
  杏仁粉 100G                                                                               
  玉米粉 120G
  低粉   80G 
  蛋   3個                                                                               
  發粉  5G
  鹽  1小撮    黃檸檬 2個(皮和汁)

1. 室溫奶油加糖打發至顏色變淺,加入杏仁粉拌勻,再一次一個蛋加入拌勻                                                                           
2. 檸檬先用削皮器削出檸檬屑,再榨汁,也一起加到1裡拌勻                                                                               
3. 玉米粉,發粉,鹽和低粉過篩也一點一點加入,全部攪拌均勻後放冰箱冷藏約30MINS,取出倒入事先抹油的長型磅蛋糕模,用刮刀抹平麵糊表面,入預熱箱中層180度烤約10MINS,至表面呈金褐色,把蛋糕移到烤箱下層150度烤20MINS 關火,悶5MINS取出放涼,可以冰冰箱涼涼的吃OR溫溫的吃都很棒

 旁邊的沾醬是用crème frâiche加2小匙糖和2小匙檸檬汁,一點檸檬屑拌勻做成的,因為加了杏仁粉有點偏乾的蛋糕搭著吃很不錯。
